Project Description:

Goulburn-Murray Water (G-MW) has undertaken a survey of its customers for several years in order to determine the level of satisfaction with the service provided by G-MW, and to assist in determining ways to improve the level of service provided.

Hydro Environmental was engaged to undertake the project for 2008, having completed customer satisfaction surveys for G-MW and other organisations in the past. In 2008, G-MW surveyed both its diversion and irrigation system customers to determine the level of satisfaction with the service provided by G-MW.

The project involved the development of a suitable questionnaire to be sent to a sample of customers, arranging for the distribution of questionnaires to customers, return and coding of questionnaires, and the analysis of the data and preparation of a report detailing the results of the survey.
