Hydro Environmental was engaged to assist NVIRP in the planning and delivery of Stage 1 of the Northern Victorian Irrigation Renewal Project (NVIRP).
Part of this project included preparation of a business case which involved estimating the costs involved in implementing Stage 1 of the NVIRP. Hydro Environmental provided a cash flow projection for the project which verified the costs provided by G-MW. The project cost estimates were based upon detailed work requirements to complete the Backbone Automation, Supply Service Enhancement activity, Remediation, Metering and Customer Connections.
The @Risk™ Monte Carlo analysis was used to determine the inherent risk of a project and subproject level and to present the total estimated cost of each.
