Project Description:
The Victorian Government annually submits funding applications to the Australian Government agencies to fund projects. The National Heritage Trust is one such funding source from which infrastructure-related project funding is sought.
Hydro Environmental was engaged to review irrigation infrastructure related projects to:
- Ensure that they were cost effective
- Ensure that they could be delivered within the budget and timeframe specified
- Check that submissions were correctly worded to enhance their chances of success
- Check that submissions complement the project.
